I would go into the mass communications field in broadcasting with that broadcasting degree i would like to transfer over to USC, university of southern California and hopefully get involved with E! entertainment, with E!

Line 2: I would like to get involved in the celebrity broadcasting, celebrity news. I've always felt that meant to be around the celebrities and what not so I would like to get involved in that. Being involved in that I know it takes a lot of work and struggle within your degree that is why I believe you should always go for schooling first like an internship,

Line 3: through internships you can allow your self to blossom and grow within you field. I hope everyone takes into consideration getting an internship and allowing themselves to grow as individuals within their field. Thank you this has been Karen Brown

Line 1:Hello this is Karen Brown again and today I will be talking to u about my mass communications class which is media writing in my class we learn about all aspects of writing movies, video games commercials comedy skits how things coincide with each other you never one of things that was most interesting to me was writing for video games.

Line 2: You never think to write for video games with their scene cuts and how things with the instructions on how to writing directions to operate the video games. Another aspect of media writing is writing for movies.

Line 3:You have to think about the whole story first you and your producer kinda need to sit down together and think about what you actually want to write. When you want to write for a movie you want to have your setting, story plot, and characters, and your characters you want to feed off of.

Line 4: In my other blog you can see the hero's journey and that can also help you for your movies I hope this helps.

Line 1: Hello once again this is Karen Brown I decided on this video blog post to talk about something that's near and dear to my heart. Reality Tv! Now reality TV is supposely fictious and one of the shows that enjoy and love is The Hills.

Line 2: The Hills as you have seen written in my blog. I have wrote about every episode in season 5 and I have done some extensive research about reality tv. Today I spoke with my teacher about reality tv and I guess it was me who was a believer.

Line 3: But reality televison is supposely fake and it is only used for ratings to help networks. Which will help networks like movies.. well not movies but will help advertise for things. Like if I'm watching The Hills and they want to have a new movie out of course they are going to push all of those advertisements.

Line 4: So therefore I'll see everything. They know people are dedicated watchers of reality televison. I guess reality televison is just a scam then because it's all fake its just made to make other people money. Why would I want to help other people make money? I need money. Thanks

Line 1: Hi this is Karen Brown and today I will be talking to you on how to create a story line in a movie. Now in class we were given this form and it talks about the Hero's journey. On here I will go briefly though it.

Line 2: It talks about the audience meets the hero. Which is typical in the movie Shrek, you meet the orger and then you go on to the refusal to call. His refusal to call was when he was to go save princess Fiona.

Line 3: The dilemma that his is faced with is he thought he was too ugly so that's your refusal to call. Next you have the threshold this is when the hero will accept the offer. Which engages the audience into the movie. Which makes you feel sorry for him because he's accepted something he really doesn't want to.

Line 4: Next thing would be the approach the inmost cave, which is an ordeal, the ordeal that Shrek went through was fighting the prince trying to get princess Fiona. Skipping along would be the resurrection

Line 5: Shrek ending up with her in the end so I know this was a brief and quick overview of the Hero's Journey I hope this helps those out there Thank You

Blog Post Series #3

"I pretty much do anything they have me do because I don't care. I mean, we're filming a TV show. Let's make it interesting. Let's have a good time with it," Cavallari told The Los Angeles Timesin a Monday report. (http://www.realitytvworld.com/news/kristin-cavallari-the-hills-isnt-real-producers-tell-me-what-do-9632.php) It makes me so sad that some one from the show I love so much has just admitted to show being fake. =( I think when lauren was on the show it was better. Maybe the show started off real and as more viewers tuned in the producers began to add in certain topics to keep the show thriving. I think possibly the producers went a little over board with some of the situations that each character went through. As the article continues Kristen continues to say how The Hills is just a job and its fun. Now that I think on the show I suppose their lives are a little bit to glamours and extravagant. I do hope people appreciate this mini series on the insight of The Hills. If you ever have any questions about television show's the internet will def. answer all of your questions! Sadly, the internet gave me the answer I didn't want to hear.

After doing some research on reality shows (http://ezinearticles.com/?How-Real-is-Reality-TV?&id=191704) I see that people are pressured to be outrageous and to act outside of character for rating purposes. This makes sense in the terms of some networks trying to make a name for themselves. What better way to get viewers, having people argue and fight on national television. What we still don't know is if The Hills is fake.. in the article by Michael Russell he just continues to touch on the purposes of reality television. I am going to continue to look into The Hills mystery real or fake? Michael Russell makes a good point on how people tend to act out of character due to the people they are forced to live with. Some could argue that their character wasn't properly portrayed due to having to be around the same people 24/day. For instance several of the girls said this after being on the hit show Top Model.

Blog Post Series #1

Hello! I am here to talk to you all about reality shows. Something that is so near and dear to my heart. If you have visited my blog recently you will see my favorite show is The Hills. Now many may say this show is fake and a lot of it is stupid but I enjoy it so much! In my mass communications class we learned how reality show is altered. Altered meaning that the characters are set up in situations and it is based on how the characters react to the situation. In my mind that is basically reality right? They are reacted with their own feelings and emotions, there isn't anyone around telling the cast mates how to react. In my further blogs you will see that I am going to do extensive research on reality show. How could people try to ruin something so great! Everyone Watch THE HILLS!

Season Finale of The Hills

Well I'm sad to say that season 5 of The Hills has come to an end. This last episode was quite interesting, where should I begin? Kristen and Justin Bobby giving their relationship a real chance!! I was so shocked.. from what I hear she isn't even with him anymore I think she just did that for the show. This would not shock me that she only took him from Audrina for fun. What makes it so sad is that Audrina expressed her feeling to Justin Bobby and he completely blew her off for about the third time! Poor thing she just can't catch a hint. As for Heidi and Spencer they made some improvements with their baby talk. Spencer confronted Heidi about her pregnancy test and it turns out she isn't pregnant. Spencer explained that everything comes with time. This was very shocking for Spencer to say I really think he's starting to grow up. Their relationship is really beginning to blossom. Someone's relationship that isn't doing so well is Brody and Jade's. Jade wants to move in with Brody and he is definitely not having that. I think Brody is just tired of Jade being so controlling which most males deal with in their relationships. I do wish them the best of luck! Well that's all I have this week I have truly enjoyed letting the world read my thoughts on my favorite show THE HILLS!
